Windmere Hall is the home of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs in State College, and it's available for rental most of the year. We have a full kitchen, and can cater your next event. And our facilities are comparable to other meeting halls in the area, but at much cheaper prices.

The Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF), also known as the Three Link Fraternity, is an altruistic and benevolent fraternal organization that endeavours to make the world a better place to live by conferring principles which will aid members' personal development.
